This lovely bowl can be used for a candy dish, a flower frog, or on your table to hold crudities or coffee spoons or anything that your imagination might conjure up. I think the birds are either herons or egrets, in fanciful colors of blue and goldtone.
Country of Origin: Japan.
Size: 7 3/4 inch diameter; 3 inches tall.
Marks: An interesting five point star protrudes from the center of thebottom, and a stamp indicating that this is hand-painted and mande in Japan.
Condition: Excellent.
