This wonderful watch is on consignment. Since I am not generally a dealer in watches, I took it to my jeweler who confirmed it to be an original Cartier watch, 18 karat gold. He replaced the battery, and I have been wearing it to confirm it is running perfectly. I cannot guarantee watches, especially consignment pieces. However you have our usual absolute guarantee that if you don't like it on arrival, you can immediately inform me and ship it back for a refund, less shipping charges.
My experience is that this watch is a true status symbol that shows elegance and understated luxury (although 18 karat gold is hardly understated). It looks much better in person. I have not cleaned it.
The band has a double 'snap' closure. I have left one closed and am able to slip it on and off with only one open.
I have listed it as "Make An Offer" since my consignor does need money. However, be realistic and offer a fair offer.
This should be paid by bank transfer in full quickly, in order to get more of a discount. If you need layaway, we could offer layaway with a significant deposit. There would be no interest charges, but on this particular item we would have to offer it for a maximum of 4 months payments.
