Frederick McNamara Evans, British (1859 - 1929) was active in London between 1886-1928 as a painter of genre scenes and a watercolorist. He first exhibited at the Royal Academy in London in 1891.
This artwork grabbed my attention as soon as I saw it. Love the expressions. It is a happy scene, and the characters are very real.
