I am proud to present this precious Japanese gold and silver Inlaid bronze frog group from the Meiji Period. Two frogs, one large and one small, are perched on a lotus leaf, the larger grasping a sprig to form a clip. Inset silver signature seal.

Country of Origin: Japan.

Meiji Period.

Size: Length 3 1/8 inches.

Condition: Very Good to Excellent Antique Condition.

Provenance: This is one of a number of Meiji Period items that I purchased from a private collector. They have all been authenticated by the prestigious gallery Doyle Galleries; and all were shipped to me directly from Doyle Galleries.
