14K white gold filigree pin with a genuine cameo wearing a diamond necklace. This measures 1 1/4" x 1". More than likely is from the early 1920's since the filigree has some art deco influences. Marked 14K, this also has a swivel bale for wearing as a pendant also. Beautiful carving and setting.
