I have spent several hours of on-line searching to find another large pair like this but to no avail....obviously they are quite rare items. I have also emailed details and pictures to GUND USA requesting help but have not received a reply from them at all. From what I can determine these guys date to the 1930's to 1940's. The faces and hands are made from a semi rigid rubber whilst the bodies are I think rigid plastic and jointed at the hips and shoulders....I cannot really see the torso as the original clothes are sewn onto the bodies. I can read a Model or serial reference on the boots...this is... 229 55N3. THE PAIR ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION FOR AGE... AS PICTURED.
