An Extra-Rare Patch from the Ambulance Helicopter Co of The 45th Surgical Hospital-Self Contained Mobile ( MUST-MASH). Out of FORT SAM HOUSTON in October 1966 the unit became operational the next month at TAY NINH, serving NUI BA DEN and surrounding areas...later the unit also had an Outpost at AN KHE with the 1st Cavalry and 101st Airborne.
The unit was company sized with it's own Dust-Off helicopter unit with a call sign 'PATCHES'/
