These are just beautiful...the colours are bright, deep and vivid after what must be 150 years or so. There are some rips and ridges evident 'close-up' which I think must have been done when these were removed from the original frames and re-framed around the 1940's....the actual lithographs I would think date to somewhere around the 1810 -1850 period by the look of the dress styles but of course may be a little later and done 'to the period'.....however I've placed them as REGENCY PERIOD (1810-1840) as I believe that is the most likely "fit". Note the Napoleonic type hat and dress style.....possibly the lithographs are French in origin. Each lithograph measures 25" x 18" framed under glass. In the right setting this trio will look absolutely stunning.
