I have no idea on the translation of the Portuguese inscribed on this pendant....PELA PATRIA E PELA LEI.
A really nice large Pendant measuring 2 1/4" in length in solid brass...it is old....back is worn smooth with nice patina.
Possibly of a religious nature?
