The Gripsholm was built in Newcastle UK to service the GOTHENBURG - NEW YORK SERVICE.....she was sold to Norddseuttscher Lloyd in 1954 and re-named M.S BERLIN. scrapped in 1966.
The Pocket Knife is well made....has one broken blade but otherwise is a lovely piece....., measures 3 1/2" in length.
