This is an unusual one in that one side has an American 'Barber' Half Dollar coin and on the other side is a Kruger 1908 Half Crown coin. I'm thinking that the Lighter was probably made during World War One when the British, American, and Colonial forces were Allies in Europe, and elsewhere around the World. The Lighter is 1 1/2" in diameter not including the striker extension. Metal looks to be brass that has later been silver plated.
