Extraordinary Theodor Fahrner bracelet with colored enamels and coral in 935 silver. Striking in its originality, this Art Deco bracelet dates from about 1928 when Fahrner was designing jewels with soldered corded wire and matte enamel. Each of the eight square plaques has a raised diagonal bar across it; two L-shaped bars of enamel, one light blue and one medium blue; and a coral bead in the center that has been wired through the silver. The bracelet is marked TF in a circle with 935, for silver content higher than sterling. It is very lightly gilt, and the front looks silver while the back has a faint gold hue. The condition is excellent with no enamel loss, scratches, or chipping. It measures 6-3/4" by 3/4" and has a secure spring ring clasp. It weighs 33.2g.
