Antique Victorian 18K yellow gold ring with French Eagle's head hallmark, featuring double snake heads studded with sparkling diamonds and emeralds. Beautifully engraved, with fine detailing, this serpent ring has six brilliant cut emeralds, about .30ct in total, and six brilliant cut diamonds, about .22ct in total. The heads are well contoured and the gold is pierced to show the snakes' teeth. The ring dates from about 1900 and the condition is very good with no chips or scratches to the stones or gold. The top measures 7/8" east to west, flaring upwards, and 1/2" north to south. The Eagle's head mark can be seen on the outside of the shank. It weighs 3.4g and is size 8-1/2.
