This is a striking and large pin! It is in a Czech style, although unsigned. The glass stones are jade and carnelian-colored glass. The little flowers on the metal pieces are pained creamy white. There is some enamel loss (they were cold-painted) under magnification but mostly present. The bottom flower on the top disc was never enameled. Oops!
The top portion of this handsome pin is round, the second section is also round, but smaller. There are three dangles from the second round disk. Behind the settings each is embellished with a disk of imitation tortoise shell.
The pin has movement, which always is lovely. It measures a whopping 5" long by 1 1/2" wide on the top tier. It is actually 2" wide where the dangles are. The setting is a mellow gold tone and finish is in good condition.
I'd be proud to wear this attractive pin pretty much anywhere!
