This is one of the most beautiful jewelry designs ever made by Sarah Coventry. It was produced in 1957 so it is very, very vintage. The parure consists of a huge bracelet, ear clips and a pin which can be slipped on a chain and worn as a pendant style necklace. The pieces are large and quite showy. The metal had a japanned finish which is slightly worn on the pin and earrings but almost completely worn off of the bracelet. To me the bracelet is the showpiece of this parure and it still looks fabulous. Bracelet is 7 1/8" long and 1 3/8" wide. It has a fold over clasp which is embellished with some of the roping design metal and pink rhinestones. The black diamond rhinestone are magnificent. Bracelet also has a safety chain. Ear clips are 1 1/4" x 1" across and the pendant is 2 3/8" x 1 5/8" wide. It comes with a silvertone chain which is 24" long. There is a ring on the chain which slips through the hook at the back of the pin for an easy conversion. This jewelry is in excellent condition with the exception of the japanned finish. I can't find a signature but this is definitely by Sarah Coventry.
