This is one of the most fascinating of the Kunio Matsumoto designs. His architectural background is so evident in the centerpiece. There are ten strands of beads on either side of the center. On one side they are black and on the other side they are clear. But the centerpiece is a magnificent creation of black enamel and a huge triangular diamante rhinestone. A row of pave' set stones embellishes one side. It is asymmetrical and perfectly designed. The earrings are stunning. They echo the centerpiece design. Earrings measure 2 3/8" top to bottom. They are made for pierced ears. The necklace is 18" long. The centerpiece is 2 3/8" across x 2" wide. All pieces are signed Trifari and Kunio Matsumoto. There is a small flaw in one corner of the diamante rhinestone of one earring and one of the little black beads is caught in the stringing by only one end. Otherwise this gorgeous jewelry is in like-new condition.
