This is a fabulous necklace by one of my favorite designers - Kunio Matsumoto. He was an architect who designed a line of jewelry for Trifari in the 1970's. Many of his pieces reflect that training. This is one of those necklaces. It has three gold colored plaques. I am not exactly certain how they achieved the surface color on the plaques. They might be enameled. There is a clear covering over each plaque so they feel smooth to the touch. Note that there are two different shapes. The box chain is goldtone and there are two, three or four chains connecting the different parts of the necklace. It measures about 30" long. The two larger plaques are 1 1/8" top to bottom. This is a slip-on necklace with no clasp. It lays beautifully when worn and it will go with many things. Necklace is signed both Trifari and Kunio Matsumoto. It is in excellent condition
I combine shipping and insurance for multiple orders - domestic and worldwide.
