Boys' and Girls' Bookshelf, Volume XV is the 15th volume in a set of 20 books for children in the early part of the 1900s. This volume is named, 'The Book of Wonders and Curious Things' and is part one of two volumes devoted to this topic.

Contents include great mechanical marvels, tricks and magic, strange fish and reptiles, wonders of insect life, flying machines and air-ships, and marvels of earth and ocean. A great look-back at wonders and curiosities of the early 1900s.

Published by The University Society, New York, 1912, 208 pages. Olive green cloth covers with black title and black and tan illustration on the front and spine. Wear to the edges and some rubs on the back. Previous owner's name in ink on front free endpaper. Pages are clean. Page opposite title page has separated from spine (still intact) – otherwise binding is fine. The book measures 9-1/2" t x 7-1/2" t.
