At first we thought this pretty little ormolu picture frame and lithograph print was made by Erhard & Son, but upon further examination, we found the print was inserted into the frame by way of slots on each side – not typical for Erhard & Son pictures. When turning the frame over, the ends of the print can be seen jutting out the sides. Embossed letters, 'E' and 'P' in reverse are found on the center of the flat plate.
The frame has lovely embossed scrolls and a beaded border. The lithograph print is a picture of a boy with sled talking to a lady with red cape and green skirt. A tower can be seen in the distance.
Made in 1" scale, the frame measures 1 7/8" t x 2 1/8" w and is in excellent condition.
