Gottschalk blue roof dollhouses are always a favorite with collectors and this two story one is no exception. With two rooms decorated in original wall and flooring papers, it is ready for you to move in and decorate.

The exterior has a wide lithographed dormer and two matching white painted chimneys with rust colored chimney pots. The lithographed hinged front with original latch features red brick with off white and green trim surrounding a simulated door and windows. A painted blue porch roof has a lithographed gable and porch posts. The front of the base has lithographed brick in red and green and retains the original porch steps. The doll house sides and back are painted blue. The bottom has numbers (mainly illegible) marked in pencil.

Made in 1/2" scale, it measures 16" t x 7 1/2" w x 7 1/2" d. The lower room is 5" t x 6" w x 3 1/2" d The upper room is 4" t x 6" w x 3 1/2" d

It has a little chipping of the exterior paper as well as light soiling and having a couple splits in the wood on the front roof at each end. The paint has some wear. The lower pin in the hinge has been replaced. The interior has some cracking of the papers in the corners and floors and some tears in the blue striped paper on the upper back wall. Otherwise in very good condition.

Payment for this doll house can be made with a check or money order. A 3% fee will be added for payment using PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.
