This ca. 23.6" (60 cm) antique German bisque head doll was made by Heinrich Handwerck ca. 1900. Mold number 69. The doll’s head is free of any damage or repair. She is marked "69 -12х Germany Handwerck Halbig".
Beautiful glass sleep eyes with upper and lower painted lashes, eye mechanism is fully operational, original lid wax. An open mouth with 4 teeth. Pierced ears with antique earrings. Old human hair wig.
Her composition and wood ball-jointed body with a red stamp "4" is in very good condition. The body has some minor areas of age-related wear.
The doll wears antique maybe original clothing, a batiste dress with silk ribbons, cotton underclothes, a felted hat with lace, vintage leather shoes.
