A beautifully made and substantial Art Deco silver brooch by the Ward Brothers with fine detailing and two turquoise paste gemstones. A bird in flight - heron, stork or crane? - is gorgeously enamelled in jewel-like colours, predominantly green and purple with navy blue highlights.
Marked STERLING SILVER and W&B on the reverse.
Secures with an open C clasp.
