A sweet early-20th century flower basket brooch with green and black enamel detailing and little round marcasites. This is much prettier in the flesh - the marcasites are very twinkly!
Marked 935 on the reverse. The far left blue flower is a replacement in glass, the others are hardstone.
Secured by a C clasp with handmade safety catch and round hinge typical of the period around 1900-1930. The pin is a little bent but perfectly secure.
Measures 4.3 x 2.1cm; weight: 9g.
