This is a Vintage Smoking Pipe, Hand Carved in Italy, signed on the lower shaft. The Stem length is 12 inches setting on a tripod, all made of wood, with exception of tiny white plastic eyes, one is missing. No other damage to the pipe, which has never been used. The faces are hand carved and painted, and are clearly alike. There is no damage to this piece, otherwise. It weighs 3.5 ounces. I purchased it in a pipe collection at an auction 30 years ago, the exact age of production is not known. This is probably a one of a kind piece, certainly different in that you can see the delicate cuttings, which are hand carved. The pipe disassembles with the bowl and stem being easily separated.
