She’s not all original, but she is still quite lovely! She stands 16 inches tall on a replacement cloth body with leather hands. I have no idea when she was attached to this body and redressed, but her head is from the 1850s. The antique shoulder head measures 4-1/4 inches high and 3-1/2 inches wide and is made of glazed white china with black painted hair with detailed vertical curls in the back and delicate curls around her face. She has painted blue eyes and rosy cheeks. She has well defined, exposed ears.
She is wearing a brocade dress with an attached satin slip that are clearly not original, but well made and in good condition. She has a purple beaded necklace and an adorable bonnet decorated with flowers. She has no underwear.
This item is in very good condition and is free of any breaks, odors, repairs, scratches etc.
