Fabulous example of Mexican sterling at its best! This intricately designed, layered silver bracelet with abalone accents is pictured on page 253 of the book MEXICAN SILVER by Morrill and Berk. It is listed as dating from 1945-1955. Marked: "TALLERES DE LOS BALLESTEROS TAXCO GRO, HECHO EN MEXICO, 925" with the stylized B, and an Eagle Mark 12. The interior circumference of the bracelet measures 7 inches. The width measures 1 1/2 inches. Nice, tight clasp. There are a few small dents on the raised ball decorations, as seen in the photo. Otherwise, the bracelet is in excellent, unpolished condition. A rare find!!
