A very handsome Georgian-style sterling silver gravy boat, having a deep basin rising up to a roll-over rim with beaded detail, affixed to a sweeping foliate inspired handle, raised overall upon three out-swept supports atop hoof-shaped feet. Bearing impressed but rubbed hallmarks and makers marks apparently for Israel Freeman & Son Ltd. Weight, 151 grams (4.85 troy ounces). Dimensions, 3.5” high (to top of thumb-piece) x 6.25” long x 3.75” wide. In very good condition overall with no repairs or bruising, very minor wear to the interior basin consistent with age & use.
