A superb set of four Antique Sterling 'Aesthetic' Serving Spoons in the Antique Lily Pattern c. 1882 made by Whiting. Not monogramed.
Finding a matching set of four of these bright cut spoons from the Japanese inspired aesthetic period is quite rare and they would make a most handsome and elegant addition to any serving table.
They are marked Whiting Sterling and were retailed by L. Emery & Co.
These have come from a family estate and are in perfect condition commensurate with age and light use. They have a very fine 'feel' to them.
They measure 8" ( 20cm) long and weigh 1.7oz a piece for a total weight of 6.8 oz (193g) (Please note that although done with great care, measurements and weights are approximate and cannot be guaranteed)
Please do not hesitate to be in touch with any queries or for more photos and please do take a moment to browse the other fine antiques and collectables in the Exclusive Heirlooms shop. Thank you for visiting!
Shipping charges are based on weight bands and are pretty accurate, however if the actual cost is more than $5 less than what has been paid by the buyer, the difference will be promptly returned to the buyer's Paypal account.
