This is an old pot metal fur clip from the late 1920s or early 30s. It resembles a Dutch boy with Wooden shoes and puffy pants carrying water on a pole across his back. His hat, shoes and water poles are black enamel that is in very good condition. His pants and shirtsleeves are pave clear and citrine rhinestones which are bright and clean. His body is a big faux moonstone and his face is a topaz rhinestone, both excellent. The pot metal on his left hand and the back of the brooch is in fair condition - the only part of the clip not in good to excellent condition. I have a fairly extensive collection, and this is one I have not seen before. It measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/4".
