This is an early Gorham Heavy Sterling Silver Versailles Large 8 1/2" Serving Spoon. This Spoon is 8 & 1/2" long and has an ample 3" by 1 & 3/4" Bowl. It has the early Gorham Trademark with an Anchor/ Lion /G / Copywrite and Gorham first produced this pattern in 1880. The reverse has an Olde English engraved fancy script "B" Monogram.
