This is a Sterling Silver Souvenir Spoon of the "Festival Hall St Louis Fair 1904". This Spoon is a Demitasse size and measures 4 & 1/8" in length. It has many views of the St Louis Fair and the embossed Bowl is titled "Festival Hall and Cascades". It is marked on the back "Copyrighted 1902 by Bert Ball" and has the early Trademark for M. Eisenstadt Jewelry Co. St Louis, Missouri founded in 1853. Their logo of a capital E sitting on a carpenter's square - the "E on the square," stood for straight-forward, honest dealings and has been used by the firm since the 1880's. This spoon is in excellent condition.
