circa 1896 Whiting Sterling Silver Fancy Dresden Pattern Bon-Bon Spoon
This is a circa 1896 Whiting Sterling Silver Very Fancy Bon-Bon Spoon Spoon in the Dresden Pattern. It measures 4 & 3/8" length and is marked with the early Trademark for Whiting Manufacturing Company and Sterling. The handle has dainty little flowers and has some open pierced areas and the Bon Bon bowl has an elaborate open pierced Lattice design in the center of the bowl with a scalloped edge around the bowl. It is in great condition and is not Monogrammed. Although the photo shows a bright gold wash bowl, this bon bon spoon has a light Gold Washed bowl.
