It in very good condition, however, there is some bubbling of the glaze (Factory flaw) at about 2:00 O'clock on the front of the Plate, on the very edge. It is not damaged, however the little teeny bumpy bubbling makes it feel rough to the touch, but it is hardly noticeable at all and hard to find. It will make a fine addition to any related souvenir pottery / china or flow blue transferware collection. As the plate glaze is highly reflective, please disregard all of the photography-related glare and shadowing.
