This is a Early 1900's Exceptional French Victorian Silverplated Dresser Frame. It is an Antique Dresser Frame that has an Easel on the Back, so it can stand on a Dresser, Sideboard or Etagere ( open display cabinet). The glass, photo and backing slips into an opening at the very top back part of the frame. It measures 6 1/8" high by 4" across at the widest part. The opening for the photo / picture measures 2 1/4" by 3 1/2". The frame is 1/4" deep behind the front frame part. It is 2 7/8" across the back and is 4 1/4" in length. The easel measures 4 1/4" in length. The Frame has a photo of a Young girl dressed up and is standing next to a Wicker Chair. It is in great condition with no problems.
