This is an Unger Bros.Sterling Heavy 1890's Douvaine Pattern Teaspoon. It is decorated with Dolphins and the face of Neptune. The Bowl has an elaborately engraved and fancy Monogram of " C T Triangle O I " ( Fraternal Order perhaps ) and the date "Aug 6th 1904" is engraved on the back of the handle. It measures 5 3/4" in length. The top of the handle has a very Fancy Script monogram that has " BJP ". It has the Unger Bros Trade Mark with an interlaced U & B in a circle with Sterling above and 925 Fine ( for the Sterling Content which is 925 / 1000 ). In 1910, the Unger Bros. Company ceased using the dies for the Art Nouveau patterns and completely closed down production of any silver pieces in 1914.
