This is a Victorian Bisque Fashion Lady Place-Card Holder. She is sitting on the floor, with her left hand underneath her chin and there is a flower pot beneath her, the other arm is straight out and around another flower pot. The (2) Flower Pots have Pale Green Leaves wrapped around them. She has her blonde hair piled up on her head. She is wearing a Pale Green Dress that has White short puffy sleeves and a White upper collar part. The Skirt part of the Dress is a Long Pale Green Skirt with White Flowers clustered around the front of it and she is wearing Pink Slippers. She is such a sweet little figurine and is a scarce piece as well. She is marked with a number 251 and was Made in Germany. She measures 2 7/8" in length and is 1 3/8" across her Skirt. Place Card Holders are getting scarce and the figural ones are even harder to come by.
