This a RS Tillowitz Germany Silesia Blue with the Wreath & Star Mark Tea Pot and dates from around 1904. It is Artist Signed " ME Cemens" or "Mc Clemens" on the bottom and has a custer of two groups of 3 Pastel Roses on the front & on the back, in Pinks & Rosey shades with shadowed leaves and a Gold Branch / Line that surrounds the Tea Pot in the middle. The porcelain has a tint of cream to it. The Tea Pot is Squarish in shape with gold on the final of the lid, Gold on the Long Handle, Gold inside the spout and a thin gold line around the rim with light Blue and another Gold line under the light blue. The bottom has a thick gold line and it has the very fancy Monogram of "GPC". The Sugar and Creamer are marked Royal Bayreuth Bavaria with the Blue 1919 Mark. It is "decorated exactly the same" as the Tea Pot, only it has 1 group of a custer of 3 Roses on the front of the Sugar Bowl & Creamer and 1 group of a custer of 3 Roses on the back. These pieces have the same Artist Signature "ME Cemens" or "Mc Clemens". The Sugar and Creamer are oval shaped. This set is a Beautifully and Delicately decorated in soft pastels colors of Pink to Rose shades. It is in excellent condition with no problems.
