This is a 1850's Silver Mustard Ladle and has Hallmarks tying it to European Origin. It is 4 & 3/4" from edge of bowl to tip of handle. The round little bowl is less than 1" in diameter. It would date from the 1850's and has a look and design of American Coin Silver. It is in great condition, other than the long handle is not completely straight, however, it is so slight that it is hardly noticeable. It has no dents, dings, damage or repair. It has a beautifully crafted & hand engraved brite cut design on the top of the handle. The design looks like grapes with winding, climbing vines and grape leaves. The mark on it the back is " I. W. "(or "J.W. ) & "1.3" .
