Beautiful Encore carving set in original box. Made by Thomas Turner & Co of Sheffield England "Cutlers to His Majesty". Consists of three pieces - a VERY sharp carving knife, fork and sharpening steel in their fitted box. All have celluloid faux ivory handles.
Knife measures 13 3/4" long, fork is 10" long and steel is 11 3/4" long. Box measures 15 1/2 x 5 x 1 3/4" tall.
Carving set in very good condition with only minor wear consistent with it's age (knife blade does show signs of having been sharpened. Box is in fair condition with wear to the paper covering and some small rips in the interior satin.
