Vintage Rose Ballet by Sterling International demitasse spoon. 3 inches long. The spoon is sealed in original plastic, in a cotton lined original light blue and silver box card board box. The box is marked "Holmes New Orleans-Baton Rouge", and "72". Even though the spoon is still sealed it has mild tarnish, I think having the original packaging would be fun for a collector
