This is an absolutely stunning diamond cocktail style ring! The ring dates to around the late 1940s and is a wonderful bow style design, which is set throughout with transitional cut diamonds. The central diamond measures around 4.5mm in diameter making it approximately 0.35 of a carat. This is set in a beautiful millegrain style square setting. To either side of the centre stone is a bow design, studded with four smaller diamonds in each side. I would estimate that the diamonds are around G-H colour, SI clarity.
The side view of the ring is very classic to the period and it has a wonderful quality shank, finished at the shoulders beautifully. This is a truly wonderful ring and superb quality.
