Small, vintage Chinese cloisonne three layer oval stacking box, called a tiffin or lunchbox. This cute little stacking box could be used for anything. I have also seen them described as lunchboxes, traveling spice boxes, and calligraphy boxes. The polychrome cloisonne has a cobalt blue background with multi colored flowers decorating it. It stands 4 inches tall, and measures 3 inches from side to side and 2.25 inches from front to back. It dates to the early 20th century. The cloisonne is in excellent condition, with no losses or damage of any kind, and the pieces fit snugly together.
