This lovely French art nouveau majolica pitcher, by Frie Onnaing, has an organic pattern of pink flowers, on an olive ground, with aqua leaves. The handle is a warm golden yellow. The pitcher stands 8.75 inches tall. The bottom is embossed Frie Onnaing, with the coat of arms and crown, and the number 764 above the crown. It also has the word France written over the glaze. The pitcher is in wonderful condition, free from chips, cracks or repairs. It does have a small rough spot on the inside, that I mention for accuracy, and is shown in the photos. This lovely pitcher was made by the Frie Onnaing factory in France, and dates to the late 1890's.
