Mexican sterling silver bracelet made by Jose Luis Flores. This wonderful chunky sterling silver bracelet consists of 8 identical links that are blackened in the recessed areas. Each link is slightly curved, making the bracelet hug your wrist when on. It is expertly crafted with connecting posts that are hidden inside the plaques. It has a slide insert clasp with a circular button on top. The bracelet is marked on the inside Taxco Mex 925, and J. Flores for the maker. It measures 7 inches long by .75 inches wide, and weighs a hefty 52.4 grams. It is in excellent condition. Jose Luis Flores worked for Hector Aguilar at Taller Borda for many years. His pieces from that time were marked JLF. He also worked independently, and it is believed he marked his pieces J. Flores during that time.
