Mid century sterling silver sugar and creamer set. This simply styled sterling set was made by Mueck Carey of New York during the 1940's to 50's. In the 1950's, Mueck Carey became part of the well known Towle Silversmiths. The top of each piece has a scalloped rim. The bottom is marked with 'sterling', the Mueck Carey maker's mark, and the pattern number 3283. They measure 2.75 inches tall (not including the handles) and with the exception of a barely noticeable slight indentation near the spout of the creamer (shown in the photos), the set is in excellent condition.
