This 1920's necklace in the Art Deco style is made of sterling (tested but not marked) silver. It features three geometric-design links, each with a rectangular cabochon carnelian (onyx) stone. The stones are prong set into the links, which are set also with marcasites. The semi-translucent carnelian stones are polished to a high gloss. Each stone is 3/4" X 9/16." The stones are perfectly matched. This necklace is 1" wide and 19 1/2" long. It probably has been lengthened from its original choker length. It would be easy to shorten it, if one wished. The necklace is in excellent condition. It has a spring ring clasp, probably original.
