This whimsical toaster cover doll looks a bit like Aunt Jemima but definitely has her own personality with a cheerful, hand-embroidered face and red and white polka-dot dress. She has a red bandanna on her head and curtain-ring earrings. This is not a commercial piece but a hand-crafted item. This doll dates from the 1940's or 1950's. She perches on the top of the toaster and adds a decorative touch to your kitchen. The doll is 20" tall and 11" wide. It is clean and ready to place on top of your toaster. It was found in Southern Michigan.
