This elegant and stylish link bracelet is from Norway maker Aksel Holmsen of Sandefjord. Holmsen has been in business since 1936. This piece has a simple modernist design with rectangular links in blue guilloche enamel. The metal is sterling silver which has a gold overlay, mostly intact. The blue is a lovely shade with the enamel giving the links a striped effect. This bracelet dates from the mid-twentieth century and is an estate piece. It is in excellent vintage condition with no scratches or other issues. There is a fold-over safety catch. It is just over 1/2" (7mm) in width and is 7 1/4" long and weighs 23.3 grams. It will fit an average-sized wrist.
