Here is a pair of older (pre-1965) Native American Zuni earrings with screw attachments. They are marked "sterling" on the tips of the screws. The front of each screw has a tiny green turquoise stone. Each earring has a 1/2" long silver link dropping from the screw that holds a 3/4" round sterling disc set with needlepoint turquoise stones in the form of a flower. The stones have turned an attractive greenish-blue color over time. The well-matched turquoise stones are hand-cut and hand-set. The silver mounting is a bit irregular, attesting to the hand work in the manufacture. These earrings are beautiful. They are the real thing. They are in excellent original condition. Their weight is 11.9 grams the pair.
