This toast rack has trefoil-shaped separators for the toast slices. The center piece has a handle atop. There are ball feet. This toast rack holds six slices. Or, if you don't like cold toast, use it as a napkin holder, or a letter holder. Markings are "EJI EP STEEL." (EP means electroplated.) This piece is vintage but not antique. It is in excellent original condition with no issues. It has a nice patina of age. It measures 6 1/2" long, 5" tall, and 3 1/2" wide. It is probably English in origin.
